CRBT Super Slim Type Crossed Roller Bearings

Super Slim & Slim Type Crossed Roller Bearing are extremely compact bearings having cylindrical rollers disposed perpendicularly between inner and outer rings.

A single bearing can take complicated loads such as radial, axial and moment loads.By using cylindrical rollers whose elastic displacementdue to load is smaller than steel balls, this type of crossed roller bearing can make the device compact and highlyrigid comparing to ball bearings or taper roller bearings and the combination of two ball bearings.

These bearings are widely used in the rotating parts of industrial robots, optical apparatus,collaborative robots, humanoid robots, radar communications and medical equipments, etc., which contribute compactness and lightness.

 

Features

YDPB Crossed Roller Bearings are compact bearings with their rollers alternately crossed at right angles to each other between inner and outer rings. They can take loads from any directions at the same time such as radial, thrust and moment loads. The rollers make line-contact with raceway surfaces, and, therefore, elastic deformation due to bearing loads is very small.These bearings are widely used in the rotating parts of industrial robots, machine tools, medical equipment, etc., which require compactness, high rigidity and high rotational accuracy.In addition, bearings made of stainless steel or those with inner and outer rings provided with mounting holes are also available on request,dimension custom made also available.
